We have the free shipping method which takes between 15 to 40 days for delivery and the Expedite Shipping method which takes 5 to 15 days for delivery.

Packages from our warehouse in China are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product while packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

We have two major payments methods available, these are PayPal and Debit or Credit cards.

Paypal
PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

With PayPal, Items can be purchase using either your Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

  1. After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will be redirected from our website to PayPal’s official website and once the purchase is completed, you will be redirected back to Matching Wears Website.
  2. You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
  3. You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
  4. Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

Debit or Credit Cards via Stripe

Stripe is a global online payment processor that is trusted by thousands of businesses across the globe.

Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. This means Stripe is very secure as all your transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected.

Stripe exceed industry security standards and are trusted by thousands of businesses of all sizes across the globe including many Fortune 500 companies.

With PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized and fraudulent transactions.

With Stripe:
At Matching Wears, we have partnered with Stripe to handle all our customers on-line payments. Doing so allows us to remove the burden of processing highly sensitive data to a dedicated and verified payment operator.

It also allows us to store so called TOKEN of your credit card number so it can be re-used later on

Please Note: Your financial details are processed by Stripe and they never reach our servers. This approach makes sure that your card is processed safely. And can never be stolen.

    1. After selecting your items, proceed to the shopping cart page, you can click either checkout with PayPal or Debit/Credit Cards by Stripe. Then you will leave our site to the appropriate payment page.
    2. If you checkout via Paypal, You can sign in to your PayPal account or create a new one if you haven’t got one. You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
    3. For Stripe, you just have to input your card details
    4. Once payment is completed, you will be redirected back to ForLips and issued a receipt

All orders can be cancelled or changed until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us via email within 12 hours quoting your order number. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Once your items are shipped, we will supply you with the tracking number which can be tracked.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our topmost priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We will not provide a refund IF:

      • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
      • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Matching Wears
        (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
      • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Matching Wears

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
